Paul Anderson, Vice President

Paul Anderson is Vice President of Rapoza Associates. Paul works to advance the legislative priorities of community and economic development clients, including the New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Coalition and CDFI Coalition, by lobbying Congress and federal agencies on their behalf. He is the research and data lead at the firm, and is the author of the NMTC Coalition’s annual Progress Report, a publication based on the Coalition’s annual survey of CDEs.

Previously, Paul served as Director of Programs at the George Mason University Center for Social Entrepreneurship, and in Congressional Affairs at the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

Paul is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a degree in Political Science and a graduate of the Sorensen Institute's Political Leadership Program. 

His hobbies include singing loudly (in tune!), biking, and caring for his beloved pup, Indiana.
