New Markets Tax Credit BulletinsThe New Markets Tax Credit Bulletin is designed to keep NMTC Coalition members updated on developments in the New Markets Tax Credit -- and answer questions that arise as this new development program is implemented. Bulletins are sent out to NMTC members via email on a timely basis and archived in the "Members only" listserv site. Some past bulletins can be accessed below but to access current issues of NMTC Bulletins membership in the New Markets Tax Credit Coalition is required. |
New Markets Tax Credit Coalition's Policy WorkThe Coalition has been and continues to be actively engaged with the Treasury Department as it develops and refines regulations to govern the New Markets Tax Credit. The Coalition also continues to work with Congress in an effort to maintain support for the credit and address technical issues.
